Představujeme AdmPwd.E

Je to bezpečnostní řešení určené výhradně pro MS Windows platformu k ochraně privilegovaných účtů (obecně známých jako účty administrátorské).
Řešení umožňuje ochranu účtů lokálních administrátorů a doménových uživatelských účtů (například tzv. sekundární účty, určené pro přístupy na databázové, aplikační či jinak důležité servery).

Klademe si za cíl, aby útočník, který pronikne do prostředí organizace, napáchal co nejmenší škody. AdmPwd.E zajišťuje, aby každý z chráněných účtů neměl nikdy stejné heslo (mění se v čase pro každý jeden účet), čímž se výrazně snižuje riziko vzniku škod potenciálním kybernetickým útokem. Samostatný uživatel, jemuž účet patří, heslo nezná. Systém jej za něj v případě potřeby automaticky použije. Hesla k jednotlivým účtům mohou číst, případně resetovat pouze oprávnění uživatelé. Management hesel je možné řídit prostřednictvím skupinových politik (GPO).

Řešení je tvořeno klientskou a serverovou částí. Klientská část se instaluje na jednotlivé stanice. Serverová část se zpravidla instaluje na Domain Controller nebo jiný dobře zabezpečený domain member server odkud obsluhuje jednotlivé stanice, komunikuje s Active Directory, drží auditní stopu a reportuje. Hesla jsou uložena (šifrovaně - pomocí RSA) v Active Directory. Instalace řešení je jednoduchá, zvládne ji lokální IT zpravidla během jednoho dne.

Klíčové vlastnosti

Multi-instancy podpora: řešení je chytře stavěno pro vysokou dostupnost, jejíž úroveň je možné efektivně škálovat.

Centrální audit: veškeré operace jsou logovány do centrálního úložiště.

Přidaná ochrana hesel: jednotlivá hesla jsou uložena v Active directory šifrovaně (RSA šifra).

Podpora HSM: klíče pro šifrování a dešifrování hesel je možné uložit do různých HSM řešení pomocí Crypto Service Gateway,

4. Powershell module can now retrieve passwords directly as secure string via Get-AdmPwdCredential command (together with planning for automatic password reset).

1. Dedicated standalone PDS configuration file: PDS configuration is now stored in dedicated file PDS.config. This makes upgrades easier as this file is not removed by installer during uninstall, and any configuration changes are preserved. File AdmPwd.PDS.exe.config stores only mandatory runtime configuration.
2. New PDS management PowerShell: New PowerShell commandlets to manage PDS configuration: supported forests, SID mappings and managed account containers. See documentation for more details.
